However, the deposit was not credited to the intended account or in the intended currency. Instead, it appears that the funds were transferred to another currency/account or redirected during the payment process.The $650 has already been deducted from my side, and the payment appears to have been received, but the amount has not been credited to my Olymp Trade account. I also have not received the money back. I kindly request that you investigate this transaction and either credit the full $650 to my correct Olymp Trade account or refund the full amount to the original payment methodI can provide the transaction ID, payment receipt, screenshots, deposit code, and any other information required to verify the transaction.
