  3. Client Deliverables

    In the case of services rendered (e.g., design, development, consulting), ownership of final deliverables will transfer to the client only upon full payment. Preliminary materials, drafts, templates, and non-final assets remain the sole property of Neonecy unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  4. Use of Pre-Existing Tools or Materials

    Any pre-existing Terms & Conditions code, templates, scripts, frameworks, or assets owned by Neonecy or its licensors and used in the final deliverables are licensed—not sold—to the client. The license is non-exclusive and non-transferable, and limited strictly to the project’s intended purpose.

  5. Third-Party Components

    Third-party resources (e.g., stock images, plugins, open-source code) integrated into the deliverables may be subject to separate license terms. You are solely responsible for complying with any such third-party terms and licenses.

  6. Reservation of Rights
